Most engagements begin with a data quality assessment. It establishes what your records will support before anyone builds on them, and it occasionally concludes that the project as scoped is not worth doing.
That assessment is quoted separately and stands alone. You are not committed to a build in order to find out whether the build is sensible.
Handover is part of the work. Documentation and training are delivered as standard, so extending a dashboard does not require another engagement.
