A revenue tile that excluded late-processed returns. The exclusion had always been true and had never been visible on the chart.

A distribution client whose records lacked the granularity required. We reported that and set out what collecting it would involve.

An existing report carrying tiles nobody used. We removed most of them rather than rebuilding all of them.

A short line on the tile giving source, period, and what is excluded, written to be understood without the underlying analysis.

That is the finding, and we deliver it rather than substituting a proxy presented as a measure.
